Are wishes reckless in nature? Can desire blind you to the point where you make terrible mistakes? Is that what this was? A mistake? The answer to this question would depend on what followed. His wish had come true, but now that it was happening, all he could feel was fear... Fear of what he would become. A sense of regret flooded over him as he analyzed the possibilities, the odds were stacked against him. Was this panic or was he overthinking it? ...Was there even a difference between the two? Was this entirely his fault? Who would have actually believed a video from some random page on the internet could actually trigger a transformation?

One could easily argue his lack of faith was equally responsible. People did say they transformed after watching it, but they could have been lying. No one lies on the internet, right? If he would have taken this more seriously he could have properly prepared himself to prevent negative outcomes. Perhaps he should have wished for a fantasy where everything was sunshine and rainbows. But this was real life, which meant there very well could be real consequences to his actions. What exactly? Well, for starters, he was an unlicensed shifter transforming in an uncontrolled environment. This was illegal because of the immediate threat to those around him if uncontained. Typically, there was a bit of leniency for first timers, but the government seemed less forgiving for large predators. There were far too many incidents of bodily harm involving high prey drive animals for them not to react this way. Shifters were misunderstood, and he would likely receive the same judgement as those before him. Maybe it was a mistake after all.

But no one had to know about this, did they? That was, so long as he could stay quiet....





This is where things get serious, please shift responsibly! You are turning into an *animal* after all... If fantasy became reality, it likely wouldn't be pretty, and it seems like that's starting to settle in for this guy. But what will happen next to him? He seems so worried about everything else that he completely forgot about the inconvenience of clothing. Guess that fell lower on the priority list despite now being out of view in the "safety" of his room. Seems things may be about to ramp up, I wonder if he'll to take them off...

There’s not much transformation happening on this page, I wanted to dive more into the fallout of his decisions and expand upon the lore a little bit. Half of the s on this page were originally on page 3, but I actually sliced the page in two and added s to allow for more story telling. Interesting how he managed to voluntarily slow the changes, isn’t it?
