"Wolves have spread to may parts of the world, and have intermingled with whatever native species they have found there. As such, there is very few common traditions among them;though most of them celebrate the Midwinter by singing with family and friend. The songs contain lots of howling, and serves as a musical dialogue between all participants; calling back to the time when they had to howl across the land to gather their pack.
The most "pure" -if such a thing could ever be true- form of Wolf tradition exists in Northmark. Here, family and friends are gathered to eat and sing together at New Years Eve; and many hold a candle in their hands to the time when their ancestors gathered together and used their fire-magic to hold off the cold and the dark.
Some even wear their one of their national outfits; like the simple blue one from the time when they were renowned seafarers, and mostly lived close to the sea and rivers of their land."
