Amethyst's year has come and why not let the dragoness pretty herself up some? Perhaps it was Lily's idea. Either way, she seems to have agreed to settled with having her hair done and slipping into a dress. Where one was found for her stature is probably another thing Lilian managed. Even though her scars still show she remains strong. Her species may be sparse but she refuses to be weak.
