Yes, I once looked at the coat of arms of Tatarstan, and it surprised me in its own way. For some reason there is a white leopard with wings (Aq-bars) in a red circle with an inscription in Cyrillic, although, according to the idea, the symbol of all Tatars from Kazan (and this is supposedly the center of all Tatarstan) is an older and more ancient seprent Zilant, but so decided in the early 90s in Russia. Which, however, does not cancel the fact that Zilant is still the most alive in the hearts of the inhabitants.
I thought after that, what would be the national coat of arms of Wales, independent in theory, as a separate republic from England. The variant is like this.
To my mind it's beautiful, very simple and stylish, all as it should be for such a unique place in Europe, where dragons have all-people and official status)
