More cloud, more cloud, more munchy snack! The pichu was probably thinking that in his head, jolting itself in the process from the pleasure he get growing that much, possibly making him grow even bigger.
All we can see now is his growing yellow body getting bigger and bigger, filling the sky with his enormous belly, such a durable big mouse,love them, altroufh having the sky turn yellow from such a massive pichu would be scary for sure... especially if that yellow body cause thunderstorm...
