Being so tall, there not much more cable that wattiz could shallow into his body, however, the crafty pichu had something else in his sight that he could immediately go for, cloud! And more particularly thunder cloud! All charged with electricity he so carve about to get even bigger and chubbier!
I have a feeling his imposing presence now is what cause those cloud to appear even, still, a snack is a snack, I dunno how cloud taste like, but I feel it would taste like marshmallow for this pichu~
