So yeah, just a bare-basic set of ground rules to put between myself (the artist) and the customer! These are here to prevent any confusion as to what will/will not be done in regards to commissions.
-Basics-
1.All pricing is final, please do not attempt to 'haggle' down pricing with the artist. Sale prices only last until the date and time they are intended to be sold.
2. Payment is currently only accepted via Paypal and Paypal only. Payment will preferably be only after the artist has produced a basic 'rough sketch' of the proposed image to ensure they are willing to invest themselves in the project before taking payment.
3. The artist will not draw the following subjects: Snuff, Scat, watersports, extreme gore, hard vore, or vomit. The artist will also refuse any project meant to be intended as hateful or offensive towards a particular individuals or group of individuals.
4. Any edits that do not involve redrawing the entire drawing, or over 25% of the drawing during the rough sketch phase will be free. Please use this opportunity to

6. The customer has a right to a refund only under the conditions that the piece has not proceeded past the rough sketching phase, or lineart in the exception of fully colored pictures.
7. The customer is expected to provide at least some form of reference of their species, and some guidance to what colors that they would like to see drawn of the character in their commission.
If you lack a character ref, just leave a reference to the species type, some rough idea of the characters proportions, and produce a 'color guide' in a program such as microsoft paint indicating which colors go where.

Backgrounds: See commission listing!
NSFW Artwork: +5$ no exceptions
Extra details such as lots of tufts of fur, difficult patterns, etc: +5$ per character with these features
Leaving me to merely 'guess' what you want without much detail: +5$ 'winging it' fee
Complex props, such as heavily stylized outfits, weapons, etc: +5$
Rough Sketch edits requiring over 25% of the image to be redrawn: 1$
Rough sketch edits requiring the entire image be redrawn: 5$
Personal streaming/screenshare session via skype or a streaming service: 10$ per hour. (fee only applies if the stream is outside my regular monday/friday schedule for them.)
