TOSToS and Rules - Commissioning Artist indicates Client has agreed to all ToS and Rules.
Pricing:
Base price covers what is listed in the art service descriptions.
Slots:
Slot numbers will vary depending on the artists availability, health, and other obligations.
How Long Commission Will Take:
Estimated time of completion for art will be given for each commission when that order is next on the list. Communications will always be open via Email, Discord, or other arranged messaging.
Accepted Payment Type:
Payments are taken by PayPal only. PayPal invoices are used for every commission order.
Watermarking:
All illustrations regardless of the state they are in, will be watermarked until completely paid.
Payments:
Payments will only be taken when it is time to start the commission. If a commission is on a wait list, no payment is taken ahead of time. When paying you may: Pay the full amount when ordering. - or - Pay half the total down to start the commission. Remaining balance is due when invoice is sent a few days before completion of art. Tips are not necessary but if you feel a desire to tip, it is allowed.
Invoices:
PayPal invoice will be sent out with prepaid amount, second invoice will be sent out once commission is near completion.
Refunds:
Refunds are only available on uncompleted or in progress commissions. Progress on the commission is verified by client before proceeding to draw more on picture to ensure that the art order is acceptable to the client. This is to ensure the client is happy with art services being provided. Due to this communication process, there is no refund for completed commissions.
Product Being Offered:
All orders are for Digital Art only. Digital art is sent to the client via email, Discord, or other agreed upon electronic methods. No physical art is being sold or shipped. No prints are being offered.
NSFW Art:
I will only draw pinups and artistic nudes.
Artist Copyright:
As the Artist, I retain the rights to display and show all illustrations I have drawn for clients as a way to my artist skills and proficiency. I will not sell any commissioned art drawn. I do not own the characters of the clients, but simply drawing them with permission in ways the clients wishes them to be drawn or portrayed.
Delays in Commissions:
To ensure a smooth, steady commission process, please provide as many references or example pictures to help explain what illustrations are desired to avoid excessive edit requests and delays from rework.
Fan Art Commissions:
I'll allow fan art comms if its for a single comm, from a public IP or Franchise that isn't hell bent on destroying artists. If it is fanart of another persons character or artists OC's, please provide proof of permission from that person or artist for use of their Character or OC.
