Thank you for considering me for your artwork needs! Here are my commission guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both of us:
Communication: Please provide a detailed description of the artwork you would like me to create, including any reference images (A 3d pose or a sketch is immensely helpful), character descriptions, and other relevant details. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, and I will do my best to answer them promptly.
Payment: Once we have agreed on the details of your commission, I will provide a quote for the total cost. Payment can be made via PayPal or other agreed upon methods.
Process: I will provide regular updates on the progress of your commission, including sketches and drafts for your and approval. Once the final artwork is complete, I will send you a high-resolution digital file.
Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the commission price, but major changes or additions may incur additional fees. Please let me know if you have any specific revision requests.
Usage and Rights: You have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please me to discuss additional fees and . I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio or on social media, Unless agreed upon otherwise, but will not sell or distribute it without your consent.
Timeframe: Please allow ample time for me to complete your commissioned artwork, as the length of time required will depend on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I will provide an estimated timeframe when we discuss the details of your commission, and will keep you updated on any delays or changes to the schedule. Rush orders may be possible, but will incur additional fees.
