After the Washouts incident, Lightning Dust saw that her rival Rainbow Dash got arrested for destroying the Weather Factory
She then applied for the job of a guard at the prison, just so she could get her sweet revenge

My favorite ponies here have to be Twilight Sparkle and Rarity Belle, mainly due to how their orange jumpsuits tightly hug their chests around their waists. (Hourglasses are one of the most beautiful body shapes to me.)

Missed opportunity for MLP FIM to have Windrider be Lightning Dust's Father or Uncle and that his framing of Rainbow Dash was a means to get revenge on Rainbow Dash for Lightning Dust losing out on her dream to be a Wonderbolt - the speed record merely being a red herring should he be caught.

*Side note - Also, where are Lightning Dust's wings?
