When the Pecus forces finally captured Daren, they thought they knew the limitations of his powers. With every failure to capture him, they learned better of his werefox form. How big and strong he got, how fast he recovered from injuries (if ever injured), and how he transformed. They thought that they could counter the Moon Uri Particles with an opposite wavelength provided by the president's personal knight.
They never dreamed that there was another form he could transform into.
Or that this alternative form made the werefox look weak in comparison.
By my ission, I thought I posted this long ago. It was only recently that I realized that I didn't. So, I'm fixing it now.
