This is a concept ref-sheet of my creatures that I like to call the "City-folk" that live within my inner world, Zerum. They are usually only seen in the city of Achlys, but some of them will travel beyond its walls time to time.
Information:
NAME: City-folks
Avg Height/Body Type: This varies based on species and the augments that they have installed.
Body Style: Naturally different species have variations on what they look like, but most of the city folk have augments/implants in their bodies. They also have tend to have prosthetics or additional limbs to help them around or to do different tasks. A lot of the clothing they wear is somewhat exotic and random, with no clear uniform pattern to clothing.
Most of the city-folk tend to keep to themselves unless they need to interact with robots or shop keeps. They are often seen listening to music, playing on small devices or lost in visuals that enthrall them, usually seen on the visors that they sport on their faces. A lot of them will have antennas extending from their ears, or replacing them outright, connecting to the city's local network system.
However, some of them may have augments that fail over time, or their body rejects them outright. This causes disfigurement and chronic pain, hence the need for prosthetics or medicine that may keep them in a dazed state to keep them pain free.
