Anomaly 146, or known as “axl”, is an anomaly who willingly works for B.O.A.A, or bureau of anomaly assessment. They employ anyone, anthro animals, humans, and anomalies themselves, if they cooperate. Unlike other organizations, B.O.A.A doesn’t neutralize or kill problematic anomalies and rather contains them, and won’t contain any anomaly who agrees to work for them. They aren’t known for being cruel.
Axl here resembles an axolotl, but with some different features. Their main use to the organization is their immunity to toxins, psychic effects, and memetic effects and tulpas. They are extremely useful against such anomalies, and are relatively skilled in combat. Their main advantage is their ability to temporarily freeze any living thing in place with a mere twitch of their antenna.
