this day i had gone to the podologist for my 3rd appointment, and they did basically a whole nail care and cutting thingy, as well as further treating my ingronw nail
it was kinda painful during the process, but especially on my ingrown nail, as they had to remove a bit of the deeper root part of my toe nail
afterwards at home i was feeling pretty good about it since it did feel better. But later down the road, ALL my toes began feeling in pain
it really began to unnerve me and i began thinking maybe they had screwed me up FURTHER
not only was my ingrown nail toe (right toenail) hurting more, now all my toes were hurting
thankfully right now i'm feeling a lot better and i do feel improvements from the procedure, but those first few days i legit thought they had only made it worse. donkey's fear of nail stuff happening to him has double over the past few months .. haw... = n =

I have t pain and flareups a lot, specifically in my hands, feet and knees, sometimes it comes and goes, unexplained. It sucks that it hurts, though, but i usually try to keep moving until it eventually stops or gets better. Worst case scenario i take meds.
Nevertheless. I hope you make it through the dag and recover from it.
same i do hope i get through this, so far at least my toes are now more or less pain free!
As for me, it's not very common that i get flareups, thankfully. I do feel that I'm too young to have these types of problems, tbh (I'm 24. THese problems usually show themselves later).
as long as you can gracefully remain strong past them and keep a strong purpose to go on, they are berable
wish you the best!
You just need extra kisses on those ouchies :P
