As he really didnt want to lose his job as his customers are well known chefs, he begged and groveled as much as he could to the Dubbonet couple to plead his case and is willing to do what he can own up to his "inadequate skills". Fortunately it worked as it amused them, well... more specifically the wife, Lucia. Lucia told her husband, Henri, that she will personally will see to it that the waiter does make amends for his "flaws" in his work and will report back to him if he does well or not. Satisfied, the husband agreed. So here we are at the home of the Dubbonet couple with the waiter having a rather "unique" task that the wife doesn't usually allow but for this she'll make an exception
