Wina is a 27 year old helmer, helmsman fur hire living anywhere really (interdimensional traveler). Being an aquatic creature, she uses swimming as a way to calm her nerves (granted not the only reason for her to swim). One of her parents was a VERY well known helmsman (at least well known where she comes from). While she can helm or pilot a ship (and or an air craft), she cannot properly drive land vehicles (think inverse spongebob- if car/truck/other land vehicle shaped, she will end up crashing it, not always on purpose though). She has the powers of a helmer, helmsman fur hire. She can use items and power ups.
