Old art I drew of the 1955 Blackwell, Oklahoma F5 tornado. According to some eyewitnesses, the tornado emitted a strange blue light within the funnel, with red sparks and flashes of light coming from the bottom.
This anomalous tornado is still a mystery even to this day, even with the current theory of it being electrically charged after hitting a glass foundry containing a large amount of silica sand.
