This year has been slightly hectic with some medical stuff going on (everything is healing as intended, just tiring). When recovering, been spending some time practicing lineart more to figure out my understanding of style.

It's been a lot of fun really exploring, but the problem is then not wanting to really stay with one style, where it's very hard to find consistency for art and sharing. But it's so fun I can't help but want to do more of it.

Five of these styles are my own that I've built up and explored over time, two are studies of other styles (Pokemon and Hades), and one trying to get influence from the style while making it my own (Splatoon)

Originally was going to do some different tests separate, but then wondered if there was a way to present them all together more cohesive and this project was so much fun. Considering doing another next week with a more humanoid character to push things further.

Also considering doing a write up for the thought process that went into this piece/each style. It feels very satisfying working on this from the level of fundamentals and building up to each subject, where I'd love to share things in case it would help others trying it too.
