Here’s a drawing I did last spring of Darby getting ready for planting season back when he used to be a Farm Boy. Even though he’s a scholarly type, he’s definitely not afraid to get his hands dirty. Or in this case, his whole body dirty.

My Grandparents always had a huge garden every year, but unfortunately they are too old and feeble now to have a garden anymore.
My family and I had a big garden one year too back a long time ago when we used to live out in the countryside near where our Grandparents live.
