For the longest time I wanted to make a more realistic looking mouth, I used pink stretch fabric to mimic skin and I'm really happy with the results so far! <3
Teeth are hand sculpted with EVA foam, tongue is also made with pink stretchy fabric

And yes, I sketched and planned for a long time, wasn't expecting it would work so well! ^^
I am looking forward to seeing your "presentable" results. I can almost see a cartoon-bubble saying "Ahhhhhh".
