Skyler is the leader of the Risers, a gang of criminals who hide in and under Dresden, carrying out their operations with the end goal of dismantling the Dracha hierarchy. Skyler has the ulterior motive of bringing Earth Dracha back up to the status of the other Dracha, and wants them to be able to achieve their Draconic forms once more and reign supreme. Skyler uses everything at his disposal to carry out his plans, and he will swallow up any underperformer without a second thought.Skyler belongs to me.
