It what was the days to FC- the days before- January 13 and 14, I was bustling around San Jose to formulate a plan since I will be a commuting attendee-planning parking spots and even seeing if there is some change to the hotel meeting places and the convention center-no changes; no construction. (I was lodging 10 minutes away.)
It was by happenstance that I was able to find this posing fursuiter that was here last year that he was picked to be the featured fursuiter for the ads of FC 26! For him, he is a furtographer, and is a regular for FC, and has gone to other cons as well. He may be local to the SFO-OAK(OKJ)-SJC-SMF-MRY Megapolis (I call it the Capitol Corridor Megapolis in honor of Amtrak's Capital Corridor train that goes through most of these big cities and the region has or has had capitols of California in the area: https://www.capitolcorridor.org ), but of course, we can't discount that he is a fursuiter as well! As he may be as adorable as the notable merle dogs from the comic Savestate by
TimWeeks ( https://www.savestatecomic.com ), you can bet that if you see this fursuiter, he would put a smile on your face by how he's showing his pawpads (street ad version above) and sitting cutely too (indoor TV ad below). At first, I thought his name was "Marlow" (like the Bruce Lee movie, Marlowe.) as I see the street ad a bit fuzzy on his badge (the bone dog collar), but thanks to the convention center being open, I confirmed the better resolution of the pic on the TV ad version, and I'm glad to confirm! He gets MANY seconds of fame now we have his first look of his suit with koi fish colors is now on FA!
