I decided to illustrate the old concept I had for a long time now. Originally I just had an idea of Jam's venom having healing properties, but after years I developed this explanation which kinda grew into a spec evolution of sorts? :D
Sanodales are a hive of microorganisms living inside bodies of kaguars. The queen lives in a chamber near the brain and is permanently attached to the blood vessels. She receives food and chemical signals this way.
She keeps making eggs for single celled "drones". A bunch of them constantly circulates in saliva and the blood of the kaguar. They're a part of their immune system.
And there are special eggs which are kept in the chamber that leads to the canals in the fangs. When the queen receives special signals from the blood, she makes a special "chemical cocktail" which wakes those eggs up and sets them instructions to either "attack" or "heal" mode.

I'm a big fantasy creature nerd and spec evo lover and I used to have lots of scribbles about different creatures in my setting. Nowdays I don't draw much for myself, sadly :')
I am trying to get back to it and this is my first attempt!
