no. 11: Mina - Mina the Hollower

I usually try to avoid hype, at least when it comes to my Halloween Countdowns. It doesn't make a lot of sense to add something before I've experience it or before it even comes out. It's bitten me in the ass before with a few entries that I look back upon with regret...but I am only human and sometimes I just can't avoid it, case being with Mina the Hollower, a game that was set for a Halloween release making it al too fitting, but was unfortunately delayed.

Despite that, I've been invested in this game since I learned about it. Besides being made by the developers of Shovel Knight it also pays homage to both Castlevania and The Legend of Zelda, which are literally my two favorite video game series of all time! I was ittedly pissed that I missed the window to play the demo, but I'm still very interested in this title and if I can drum up a bit of attention for it in the process, why not?

Will this eventually come to be something I regret adding? Maybe, but regardless I really enjoy the look of the character if nothing else. She's cute, but also badass and with a great Halloween vibe! If nothing else I can jot it up to this, but I have faith this won't age like milk on me!
