So, for those of you who have visited my alt ,  BuildingBullshit , you might've noticed that I've had a few pieces on there depicting a small, geometric tank thing, to the point where it's even the image used for the 's Profile Picture. What is it, and the sketched version of this design depicted above?

Me.

A lot of creators in online circles tend to prefer depicting themselves as "author insert" characters. Not necessarily self-insert OCs, but more so like, "Hey, this is what I want you to imagine I look like when I draw or interact with my creations". Many of the artists I myself follow do this too. So, since I've been slowly trying to commit more and more into my work, I figured I should have one of these characters of my own.
And here, it is.

This is my author insert character, a tiny, games-console-sized automatous robot that is basically one of an infinite amount of remote-controlled avatars, making any damage, death, or disruption he suffers a non-issue, as, in the case this drone gets destroyed, a portal can just open up, and a new one comes in. Like Helldivers, except I don't have a limit of these.

I don't exactly have a name for him yet, I have a rough backstory in mind, but this is a rough sketch in of itself, so I just figured I share it because...well, I wanna have something ed in September. It's been a busy month, frankly. I've got Uni coming up again, some plans for something in October, more commitment filtering into the alt because, well, I have an easier time drawing stuff than commissioning stuff, and uuuuh...a much bigger project, as well.

For now though, I figured I just share this here, because it's a nice image, and having one of my designs be done by a professional artist is always a good time for me. Perhaps in the future I'll have more stuff to share on him, likely with an actual artpiece behind it, we'll see how it goes...

....also this is NOT a fursona, I'm not that obsessed with the fando-It's an author insert, it's different, it's a different thing and it is NOT A FURSONA, NOR A STEELSONA OR WHATEVER YOU CALL ROBOT FURSONAS-A-AAND THE FACT THAT I WANT TO BE A ROBOT IS ENTIRELY IRRELEVANT-
