Jax maybe still feeling a little stunned from finding himself tied up, though knows what's coming with the brushes, likely considering just how ticklish he would be on his feet.
Slithe perhaps having had enough of Jackalman's whining and decided to take drastic measures, though now a chastened if resentful Jackalman is considering revenge, or maybe with that glare promising that anyone who tickles his feet will certainly regret it.
Chance and T-Bone wore shoes in their civilian identities, though barefoot when in costume as the Swat Kats, so I do think going barefoot was likely their preference, though Chance maybe just wondering whether anyone will go for tickling his feet and maybe hopeful they will.
Of course the real treat was when he got put back in his place and he got those boots ripped back off by Slithe XD
As for Chance.... well we may just end up seeing the results of this bit of paw teasing soon ;3
