FINALLY I drew my lovely Rue!
He's a total sweetheart, my shy oc. He tends to his garden, for it's his life- he's careful with all the critters that reside in his garden and they even help him with it too. He talks to plants- literally, he has the ability to hear conversations that happened near plants for they always are listening, and they're total yappers too. Sometimes the plants drive Rue crazy- now obviously he's not much of a people person, but his neighbor always drags him along to meeting people and going out to have fun. He loves his neighbor dearly and are good friends with her.
