In the underbelly of El Grande City, rumors of crooks and criminals started to vanish without any trance of their existence. New "heroes" from Appalachia stepped to help take care of crime. With their massive bellies looming like a shadow of death casting upon the prey. Looking down with toothy smiles and hungry red eyes with both stomachs producing a deep ominous gurgling growl like a monster from the prey's primal fears. Demanding a criminal to be lock away forever underlayer of blubber and pudge.
Those said heroes are Roadkill, a massive bear sized living dead racoon in needing whole live and living protein. And his partner in crime "Big Reid". A HUGE hound with a skull mask to strike fear of death and judgment into the hearts of his prey. Although there are a set of Predation laws in El Grande city. Such as outlawing Pop Preds unlike the ones in Exotika. However, El Grande city is noted to be a “Pred doctrine state”. Meaning you can legally consume (and even fatally digest) people if protecting oneself or others. Leading to some vigilantes to exploit the loophole as consuming criminals. Or consume others who deserved it, rather than eating whole prey without a reason. Lead the two to be morally grey heroes that are more than willing to devour whole crooks to be churn into more belly fat on their bodies. Yet they always eat prey whole for a reason while still having a moral code. Also called "consume with a cause" as protect the innocent till proven guilty to be on the menu for them.
