More tweaking with Seito's design, as he's been a work in progress for a long time. Leaning a bit more heavily into the Gigeresque end of things here, which looks decidedly more alien. The cheek ruffs are stylized leathery skin, not fur. It gives a certain rakish quality to his look, I think.
