As the daughter of one of Key Lime Coast's most esteemed heroes (and a recognized vigilante in her own right), Rei Archon- AKA, Manta Ray III- has plenty of social attendances to oblige that promote superheroes. Her lovestruck cobra Omu is never far behind to assist as bodyguard, but given his dicey relations with other heroes *cough cough* Victory Vixen *cough cough*, a little assistance was needed to ensure he wouldn't start unnecessary fights.
Thankfully, the Archon Corporation has plenty of money to afford visors ensuring compliance...
