Just a fun scenario with my favorite Archie Sonic Girl. Saw some Buff Fiona stuff in a discord server I'm in, so me and my friend decided to do our own take on this idea.
Here, Fiona steals an experimental belt from Tails' workshop that grants the incredible strength and size by infusing them with Chaos Energy. The higher the dial is cranked up, the bigger and stronger they become... The only unfortunate side effect though, is that in order to compensate the increase in size and strength, the 's (or in this case Fiona's) intelligence is drained a bit. So naturally, the bigger they get... the dumber and more muscle-headed they become.
