(His name isn't actually Melon, BTW.) This artwork was based off of Vaporeon's Japanese Pokémon Red & Green design.
~ He's called out for a diaper change by the owner of the Day-Care. But rather than coming up to her for a quick change, Vaporeon simply remarks that it is just his body doing its thing. All the while said body gradually starts to shrink, as the diaper he's wearing is absorbing any redundant liquid from his watery being. ~
Sure, Vaporeon isn't really getting smaller from water absorption from his diaper, but imagine if he were to regress in size and age if it WERE to suck up the liquid his body consists of. That'd make for a quite hilarious story. By the time the diaper has absorbed enough of his body, Vaporeon would need a smaller diaper because he'd have become smaller in size due to having less water molecules in his body.

Unlike that instance with Aquasa ( when you commented on that picture?), this Vaporeon is actually being absorbed by his diaper. Like I said in the description, it could make for a funny story, either with melting or straight-up Age Regression.
