Jericho (if that's even his real name) is a flamboyant and seemingly aloof Longisquama. In spite of that, however, Jericho is intertwined with shall we say less-than-legal endeavours that he operates primarily out of his casino front. Despite appearing relatively harmless, he has both the connections and charisma required to do so. His primary business partner, an even more enigmatic figure who only goes by Seaprowler, often organizes large scale heists for the Longisquama's benefit - though sometimes Jericho himself will do so, Jericho's "hits" tend to be on the more ridiculous side of things. Seriously, this guy will pay millions for someone to break into a museum and just spray paint graffiti everywhere. He has the money to do so.
Also, he's a twink. This absolutely is part of his advantages I assure you.
