Ah, I am sorry, that was not my intent. I am simply curious as to what the prevailing opinion is in Texas of the restaurant in question is in Texas. I make no comment on it one way or the other. (If you want my opinion, private message me.) I suppose it's akin to asking what the opinion of the Texas Roadhouse is here in New England.

I see. I don't know what other people in Texas think, but I like Red Lobster (partially because it's hard to find seafood around here that isn't frigging *Cajun*.)

That's curious. I would not have thought Cajun fish was big in Texas. I enjoy Cajun chicken, but never really cared for it on fish. I personally like my fish fried, baked or broiled, depending on my mood, and what kind of fish it is. Haddock, scallops, shrimp, lobster, calamari, the list goes on. Clams I can take or leave, oddly enough.
