Ciella Holt

Ciella Holt was born in Anduruna's Norvondire District, but moved to the Ruskol District to serve in the Central Ruskol Police Department (CRPD) under her inspiration, Lieutenant James Barlow. Shortly after being sworn in as an Officer, she was able to display exceptional skill as a markswoman.
As a springer enthusiast, Ciella's skill and understanding of firearms is second to none. And as an officer sworn to uphold Anduruna's laws, she puts her skills to use in apprehending criminals. Ciella detests violence, so every shot she takes is carefully calculated to incapacitate her targets.
Her power is currently unawakened, but it is assumed to be a rapid self-healing type, which would allow her to hold her own against even the toughest of opponents. However, because she is an upstanding Andurunan citizen, Ciella would likely never use such an illegal ability, except in the most dire of circumstances.
New ref sheet, and for this one, we're heading back to A Show of Powers to put a spotlight on one of my more underutilized OCs, Ciella!
I really enjoyed coming up with her character back when I was writing ASoP, though looking back I feel like there's a lot more I could have (and should have) done with her. Maybe sometime after I'm done with The Veiled Gift, I could come up with something...
But for now, I've at least got the ref sheet done to bring Ciella into my current art style. And just in time for me to include her in Art Fight (which I will be taking the next week of making art off to mentally prepare for)!
