Rewatched Pokemon: The Power of One a few weeks ago and it reignited my love for the bird trio (and Lugia) and it gave me a few ideas. This is a drawing I did shortly after watching it with the main idea I had for a character.
Introducing Phoenix the Moltres, a once forgotten legendary turned movie star. In my canon, Phoenix is actually the Moltres that would be seen in the pokémon anime and such, albeit in her feral form and playing a somewhat fictionalized version of herself (Most legendaries have the ability to change between a anthro and a feral form in my AU). Before becoming a movie star, Phoenix and the Moltres species itself, were actually considered forgotten legendaries, this was mainly due to the popularity of Articunos and Zapdoses being far higher than Moltreses. This would change when she was asked to be part of the film and thus, Moltreses became popular again. Ever since then, she would occasionally appear in various movies and TV shows, but most of the time, when she's not filming, she's traveling the world, sometimes even rescuing and helping lost people in the wild. When it comes to her fans however, she does occasionally feed on a few of them, whether they're willing or not. (She'll only digest her fans, not the people she's rescuing in the wild if she has to swallow them, she's not that cruel). It's also rumored that Phoenix also likes to have fun sexually as a last pleasurable moment for them before gulping them down, but of course, only Phoenix herself, knows the answer to that. In this case, however, it's simply just Phoenix after a nice, willing meal after a meet and greet she had.
