This is just a visual poem piece I threw together combining two different songs by two very different artists that seem to complement each other pretty well;
The first is 'Nature Boy' by Nat King Cole; the second is 'How Have You Been' by John Sebastian, formerly of the Lovin' Spoonful. They both conjure up someone traveling for a long time picking up odds and ends and bits of wisdom on his way - Sebastian's song especially has his hero describing the random items he's collected (some old beads, a guitar string) which feels very raccoon-like to me, so it seemed like a perfect setting for Scarlet, my raccoon troubadour.
The other thing is, these two very different music artists happen to have the same birthday. My brain always latches onto things like that.
