I uh... made a thing. This was very VERY random, and honest to go I'm not working with a lot in the sprite department, but for the first WIP? It looks pretty good I'd say.
I'm not like, a coder, sprite animator, or mugen creator, so be forewarned at lack of quality- it's also like the first version lol

I guess we'll start a changelog here:
kind of boosted his power a bit, nothing much- just more power against guards and the like.
his vore moves do more damage, and struggle kind of has a consequence now
there was an animation error too...

yeah turns out saving the sprites in 1.1b causes them to turn into blurry pieces of shit! AWESOME! anyway, that should be fixed now
The special move list is pretty small for now so I guess it can go here:

Spinning code black minion (2000 power): QCF (↓,↓→, →), z
Handcannon (2000 power): QCB (↓,↓←, ←) , y

Only complaint I can wager is only two struggle animations.
But otherwise still pretty solid of a character.
If I had any criticisms to bring up, it would probably be that the belly scales don't quite match up between his normal belly and his full belly. It's most noticeable on the final animation frame of his digestion animation, right before he has his normal body shape back. It also feels like his belly is somewhat disted from his body on that final animation frame, too.
That aside, though, everything else looks really good! The struggling animations especially feel really well-made. Good stuff, overall.
There’s quite a few s here that can’t play with it themselves, unfortunately :(
