Unfortunately I cannot find who commissioned this. They wanted a comic cover where their OC, Mesmero, hypnotized my OC, Columbia, to rob a bank. However, the cover blurb seems to think Mesmero is going to do something, "unsavory" to Columbia despite Mesmero's objection.
