After saving Lilith from the giant alien spider, Lilith could barely even stand up due to still being under the effects of the spider's venom, let alone walk. So, Pete reluctantly had to carry her. It was extremely awkward for both of them as he carried her back to their shared cave they called home on the barren moon they were stuck on.
"For a moment back there, I thought you were gonna let me die," said Lilith.
"For a moment... I was considering it," said Pete.
"So why didn't you? I wouldn't have bothered saving you," said Lilith.
"... I don't know," said Pete. "Maybe because I'm a nice guy. And also, if you died, I'd have no one to talk to."
