can definitely tell this is a case where body and soul are in sync.
Other, more invasive means exist, but they were not necessary in her case.

A-athough I definitely ended up with a little bit of a less physical job as a navigator. Most I've had to do is help clear paths if a storm caused an avalanche, can't imagine what it would be like having to deal with other creatures.

It is understandable that your own metamorphosis serves other purposes. It is normal to adapt to the needs for survival or maintenance of one entity or another, whether it is a community, its own existence or something else.
