Lucky ever so offend go's to check on the Area Zero branch of his lab like he normally does while in Area Zero he come cross a Eevee Egg no one known how it got there as it not known to belong to any who work or live there Lucky feeling he was the one to have it taken the egg back with him to Pangororia when the Egg hatch and see it was a girl Eevee he choose to name her Penny after the Human he knows about form the human era back in Paldea

Penny Growing up
Penny was very shy growing up being a introvert Lucky did not mind this and did not force her to do things she did not feel comfortable with however Lucky quickly notice that she was a LOT like the human Penny in so many ways and wonder if this was really her reborn as a Eevee as she shows a strong interest in technology and computers even Lucky two Meowstic Ai's form their data feel she much like the human one so Lucky watch her closely she choose to Sylveon who was Penny favourite and Ace of her team she all so seems to love all things Eevee as she get the same kind of Eevee backpack she had and even dress like her even have the same kind of glasses so Lucky got her some diapers of eevee and it Evolutions so she would have some buddy's and she loves them calling them her Veevees this made Lucky know it her and wonder what life she live in this era she would wear them a lot like her espeon Mystic

Forming Team Star
She would go to the Royal Guard Officer Academy thanks to Lucky being it the best Academy she would take part mostly in the STEM track however thanks to many pokemon bullying Hawk when he was a kid this made a new age of Bullys for the academy she hated this and as much as Professors like Tusa Chrono try to deal with it they was having very little effect so she choose to take matters into her own hands she round up Pokemon by the names of Giacomo, Mela, Atticus, Ortega, and Eri by phone who all so being bulled to form Team Star and when the time come they deal with the bulled however it did make a huge scandal so she choose to take the fall for it that the time the heaster, Hawk and lucky had talks about this to come to a decision given how bad it was they feel it best not to go public about it as would damage Pangororia reputation especially to the eyes of Huisi and it do damage to the Xiang name for letting this happen and could make the other clans not trusting to them or give Shadow something he can use to get hawk off the throne what make it worst that if news got out that the Academy records of the incident was erased by the deputy director who was a zoroark and had run off would be more damaging as for Penny they have her take a break form School and not tell anyone what she had done Lucky was ok with this he saw history was repeating it self but felt it best to watch how it go's form that point Lucky would home school her during that time

Operation Starfall
year and a half later she would return to the Academy however things did not look good as she learn that Team Star did not disband in fact they been hold up in their bases throughout Pangororia waiting for their big boss to return she was moved by this but worried as they had be skipping school and was even warned to return to school or be expelled however at this time she all that the school had a lot of powerful and royal students now attending like Dimitri, Edelgard and a few other powerful looking pokemon she go under the name of Cassiopeia hack their phones and get each of them to bring down her team calling it Operation Starfall sending them out when ever they could freely be outside she did intend to add some of Kroko kids to this like Susie and Rory as she did feel bad for them being bullied for being Dark Gators while she can understand while people choose to bully them at the start given what they done more so to any pokes who are form Swia she choose not to add them worried the others in the team would do the same thing but she would try to stand up for them after all of star was beaten she ask the team to come to the school yard at night there she reveals her identity as Penny. None of the other of Team Star knew of her true identity because she never left her room during her time with them. She came up with the idea of Operation Starfall and recruited them to make the Team Star Bosses stand down as she is afraid that her fellow bosses will be expelled from the academy because of their involvement in the team but is unable to forcibly disband the group herself however as it big boss she not willing to let team star go so ask them to battle her while someone record the battle once beaten to be send to others after the battle and she was beaten that when one of the pokemon she recruited ask her why she couldn’t forcibly disband Team Star on her own, Penny explains that the strict code she and the squad bosses created stated that no member of Team Star had the right to order anyone around and that the squad bosses had to accept challenges and give away their Star Badges when defeated, hence forcing them to step down as squad bosses when he ask what Team Star mean to her, Penny wholeheartedly replies that they are her "greatest treasure" that when that pokemon reveal them self to be the Academy director who gone undercover to learn more about team star and had the bosses come out of hiding to meet her after a heart-warming meeting with them the Director He declares that Team Star may continue to exist should its bosses want it to, but that they should be punished for breaking multiple school rules during their period of truancy. As punishment, he assigns Penny and the squad bosses to manage the newly founded Star Training Centers (STCs) as staff . Upon hearing this, the squad bosses marvel over Team Star not disbanding and being able to spend time with their "big boss" and close friend at the Academy and STCs and now part of Pangororia Academy training Lucky would soon learn of this and praise her even telling her that Hawk come by after learning what happen wish to know if she could work for Pangororia royal family along with her Team Star bosses

Cyber Security
When she graduated she taken the offer and work for Pangoroia royal family getting to meet Mona 2 she like her a lot with her skills in machines and computers she mostly worked with Trasks that handled those kind of things she best at their Cyber Security being a skilled hacker and thanks to her their Cyber Security was one of the best around not even any of the Porygon line could so easily break it as it was easy as she often help upgrade her father security and she liked working under Hawk and Mona while she best keep away form tasks that might have battleing if her friends was involved then she willing to give a hand

Swia war
When the war happen what was the hardest battle of her life was at the start when a large scale surprise attack hit Pangororia leading to the siege of Sun City but once all the kingdoms that ally with Mona had come she did fight in some of the battles even going to Swia seeing all her friends was taking part she wanted to help them however she has hesitant to fight any of kroko kids she did befriend or at least stood up for back at the academy thanks to her skills machines and computers she best use in battles that had the Alexander and his technology Dark Gators as she could often hack them or find weakness's in their technology they use

After the war
When the war ended she hope everything could be peace full again however when Kroko was freed she was worried about him trying to attack back at mona but when it never came she choose to try to work out when he gone to she did some hacking and learn Kroko had gone to Mist kingdom but in doing so she ended up learning a bit about the falling out Mist and Butterfly are having with evidence pointing to Butterfly King being the master mind to Kroko madness knowing this she choose to hold on to this as if this does break out into a war showing this to Mona could help her choose who side to fight for Mona all so come to ask her to use her skills to help with Ramus investigation into the Sand kingdom as she felt that her hacking skills could be helpful to him.
