if Rhea was a snake pokemon, I'd say she'd probably be either an arbok (since she can turn into a giant cobra), or part of the sandaconda line (mainly due to her earth element, though silicobra and sandaconda do take some inspiration from the false cobra and spitting cobra respectively).

While Houndour Buwaro is adorable and matches when he evolves, but I thought he’d be a Rockruff.

Buwaro is a fire demon, so it makes sense that he'd be fire type. That said, Rockruff might be kind of fun as a nod to Thadius or maybe using Lycanroc's forms to show Buwaro's kind nature by having him evolve into a midday or dusk form while Iratu could be a midnight Lycanroc.

While I do adore that you chose Eevee, the bestest Pokemon ever, i feel like Buneary would have been a better choice for Kieri, since she actually turns into a bunny in the canon comic, evolves on happiness/friendship, and still is pretty strong X3

Buneary and Lopunny would have been pretty cute, too! When I chose Eevee, I was also thinking about Kieri's relationship with her family. Since she has a twin brother, perhaps he could be a Glaceon following in the footsteps of his family. Shiny Glaceon even resembles water Angels' uniforms and color schemes! (Purely coincidental, since Kieri showed up in the comic before Pokémon Diamond and Pearl came out).

Putting that in perspective, it definitely makes sense why you chose Eevee. Like I said, I adore Eevee, so I would never complain to seeing them :3 What I find odd though is that Houndoom perfectly fits Azurai, yet Buwaro is a Houndour (though that makes sense, a Dark/Fire type that appears "scary" but is actually a softie x3). It almost feels like Azurai was inspired by Houndoom.
