Connie began to make her way through the jungle after her little stop by the beach shore and the small shack she discovered. Luckily for her, the directions guiding her through the jungle were leading her to beaten paths that contained large clearings within the jungle, making the trek easier and to avoid the dangerous wildlife the jungle contained.
Connie: And this should be the place. But...........why is it leading into a volcano?
Looking at the entrance of a tunnel, Connie could see it lead to the insides of a volcano. Granted she had never been this close to one or even saw one with her own eyes, but it still felt strange to her. With nowhere else to go, Connie started to walk into the tunnel. Deeper and deeper she went in the cavern, the temperatures began to rise. However, since Connie was wearing a thermal suit, her outfit adjusted its temperature controls, reducing the heat it gave off to Connie to regulate her core body temperature.
Connie: I guess having a cold body temperature does have its perks on certain situations. I don't feel hot at all.
As Connie continued to make her way through the tunnel, she started to see a light up ahead. All the while her thermal suit has completely turned itself off from the high heat it detected.
Connie: Oh finally the end!
Running towards the light, Connie wasn't sure what to expect. But what she saw when she made it took her completely by surprise. Right in front of her, was a circular pit filled to the brim with molten lava. And in that pit, was Hula Girl, who was completely naked with the lava covering her nudity, leaning back on the ledge of the pit, looking as if she was relaxing in a hot tub.
Hula Girl: Ah, Connie! Looks like you got my note! Glad you could make it!
Connie: Glad to have made it. Though I am wondering what are you doing?
Hula Girl: Isn't it obvious? I'm just taking a dip.
Connie: In lava?
Hula Girl: Well of course. I am immune to fire and lava after all. Not to mention it works a lot better to get me cleaned up than water does. Though I am impressed you're not feeling hot at all here.
Connie: Oh. I guess I didn't notice. Then again my core temperature is really cold so that must be it.
Hula Girl: Well then. If your body is always really cold, then want to take a nice hot dip?
Connie's eyes widened, wondering if she heard Hula Girl correctly. It was true that her body was really cold without her thermal suit. But she was not ready to just take a dip into actual lava to get warm. Wanting to drop the subject, Connie waved her arms in front of herself, all while starting to slowly back away.
Connie: Uhh, no thanks. I think I'm good. I think I'll just explore more of this island if you don't mind.
Hula Girl: It's no problem, Connie. Just be vigilant if you go through the jungle. And don't go too far off that you may get lost.
Connie: Don't worry, I won't.

It's not everyday Connie sees someone taking a bath in lava. Then again almost nobody would even see that at all, let alone believe it . Though in all fairness, Connie's body temperature is very cold. But there's no doubt that it doesn't mean she can just bathe in molten lava all willy nilly XD . Though this may be the first time that she didn't need the assistance of her thermal suit at all here . But at least these two were able to have a brief meet-up together . Though one must wonder what else lies for Connie on her little trip around this island .

Still, at least Connie now knows how it feels to be naturally warm. Even if it took standing right next to lava to do so. ;)
Yeah that's something being a definite first for her. But in the end she felt how it is for the first time in her entire life ;)
Yeah, for the first time in her life she got to experience natural warmth, she very well could have just sat down and enjoyed the feeling for a minute. Now if she's immune to lava, that is something she doesn't want to test. ;)
Yeah that would be true. But considering she's on vacation, there's still a lot to do around the island ;). Considering she's lived her whole life and told never to go near certain things that are very dangerous, you can't blame her for not wanting to try it out. Plus testing it out is not a good idea if it is a life or death situation ;)
Yeah, maybe she'd come back later once she's all tired out, though now she just wants some fun ;). Yeah, when she's always been warned that if she touches it she'll die, so when presented with the choice, she's a little unwilling to try and find out. ;)
Pretty much, it all comes down to how she feels about it later. ;)
