I'd like to point out again, we've LONG been told and shown that it's mostly been placed DURING Las Lindas. Clearly the most recent part is just after this point of the main comic. Of course, the main comic was literally supposed to have ended years ago and now it's being desperately dragged out to avoid ending it...

It's only her that ever does it though, and it's never made any sense, since nothing points to that being her first language, which is the only way she'd slip into it mid-sentence like that.
