Second of the two Team Rocket comms requested from me recently; Ms. Lunéciel is an -level Rocket member like her cohort Reynard and uses similar powers of illusion to confound and conquer anyone who'd dare challenge her. While Reynard runs a bustling hotel and game corner to entrance people into the more 'dazzling' pleasures of Team Rocket society, she seems to be more capable of addressing direct opponents of Team Rocket's will, with an array of moves to respond to any attack attempted on her. With every attempt, you'll feel your ability to resist her fading faster and faster as your body refuses to respond, your vision fades dark, and she appears to be everywhere at once... you know she could end you in one hit, but she wants to break you instead.
