His name is Zidon, once a hunter just like any other turned beast, though more shark/fish. (I’m surprised their isn’t more fishy freaks?) He cannot speak nor see, as he resides in the dark underground cave one must traverse on the night of the hunt; I imagine you would have to take a boat across this vast lake somewhere after the Fishing Hamlet town, setting the mood for an eerie silence, only the splashes and creaks and dim lantern to guide you to your next destination…
He wouldn’t be a boss as much as you could interact with him and see him follow you, eat one of the fish folk, perhaps even write you a message of warning as you continue on your way…
