Because Stitch Day, again, I suppose. Took the opportunity to not only draw more Stitch and Reuben torments, but to shout out to another series of pics by 
BigBang that was one of the reasons I started drawing tickles myself. It's been a wild ride.
And ed exactly at 6:26 for the East coast.

A very good ans nice way to remind how a good artist was big, I missing his work but we'll never forgot what he did !
And your homage is just perfect we could literaly sais its a part "4" of the serie where BOTHS get it X3 !

And yeah, definitely miss his art, but at the least we do have what he gave us.
I imagine that it is Jumba who is tormenting them in another of his crazy experiments, this time to test their stamina and ticklish levels. And they are indeed 10/10 ticklish. >:3
I'm not saying it's not, since I don't think Jumba is against it, but I'm also not gonna confirm anything. And yes, those feet are no doubt 10/10 ticklish.
Yes, BigBang pics are amazing too, especially the comic where Stitch tickles Reuben, that's just God Tier in my tastes.
I have given thought to doing a tribute of that one too, but I make no promises in that regard.

And I'd say go for it. They're not able to go anywhere and those feet clearly need lots of tickles.
And Id like to talk about a commission perhaps too, involving Zharr, and you~
His other foot is gonna get some feathering too very soon, as will Reuben's untickled foot. Who knows how long they'll be tortured for?
