In the alleys of the town of Hogcity, there is a very well-known figure in the less frequented neighborhoods called "La Gourmande Des Ruelles".
A nickname in French which comes from the fact that she speaks French just as well in English and from the fact that she is also very greedy in business and money which her very imposing weight reveals to these clients.
Its reputation is well known in the industry for never missing a way to make business and money, by making transactions with all types of customers by selling various products ranging from legal to illegal, such as limited edition fast food, glass pipe, handbag, recreational products, weed, sex toys, DVDs, etc.
But also offers these services to organize illegal activities in the streets, in a place far from the gaze of the authorities, such as illegal races, illegal street fights, clandestine bars, etc.
They thus collaborate to create a micro society in the underbelly of the city for those who have been rejected by society and try to survive in a new, more inhospitable environment.
The latter of course has a permit to sell products, even if some of these products are either obtained illegally from thieves who sold to her or were obtained in a manner that remains unknown. On the other hand, she avoids getting caught for these illegal activities which could put her in prison.
Of course, if you don't have the money to pay for "La Gourmande Des Ruelles", you can very well exchange products of the same value, pawn a product for a certain time or have to pay a other way, like for example by offering yourself up for a hot night with this her and it doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, being bisexual.
She usually walks in the alleys, with these plastic bags containing these products so she sits somewhere on the ground, putting these products on a blanket and sitting on the ground, waiting to catch the eye of a customer who is ready to trade with her.
Of course, she also has her own personal neighborhood, where she lives, and can therefore sell these larger and more expensive products, but only to those with sufficient money in their pockets to purchase these better products.
Those who meet her often call her Meg, but for those who are very close to her, it's Megan.
